Your Tasks
- Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen im Bereich Klassische Philologie (Latein), insbesondere Übernahme von Sprachkursen, im Umfang von 15 SWS
- Studienfachberatung
- Studienfachkoordination, Lehrplanung und Lehrorganisation
- Mitwirkung an und Organisation von Prüfungen
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der vom Fach durchgeführten Studiengänge (Lehramt, Bachelor und Master) und an den Internationalisierungsbestrebungen des Fachs
- Projektierung und Konzipierung eines neuen Gesamtlehrkonzepts für das Fach Latein unter besonderer Berücksichtigung digital unterstützter Lehrformen
- Kontakt zur außeruniversitären Öffentlichkeit, v.a. zu Schulen, und Beteiligung an Kooperationsprojekten mit Schulen
- Beteiligung an Verwaltungsaufgaben des Lehrstuhls und an der akademischen Selbstverwaltung
Your Profile
- überdurchschnittlicher Universitätsabschluss in Klassischer Philologie / Latein (Staatsexamen, Master oder vergleichbarer Abschluss)
- Promotion in Klassischer Philologie (Latein) oder eine qualifizierte Zweite Staatsprüfung (oder Äquivalent) im Fach Latein
- mindestens zweijährige wissenschaftliche oder praktische hauptberufliche Tätigkeit im Fach Latein nach dem Erwerb des Doktorgrades bzw. der Zweiten Staatsprüfung
- pädagogische Eignung
- exzellente Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Latein
- Interesse an selbständiger Forschung
- wünschenswert sind darüber hinaus sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
